According to the investor’s recommendation, the apartment was divided into 2 micro-apartments for short-term rental. The biggest design challenge was to find space for 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens and 2 bedrooms. We achieved this effect by separating a separate space in the first apartment using a glass wall, behind which there was a shower and a sink.
All furniture in the apartment is made of dark-stained birch plywood. We wanted the kitchen not to dominate the bedroom area. During the design process, a kitchen corner resembling a chest of drawers with a cooking function was created. In the second apartment, we exposed the reinforced concrete parts of the structure and also separated a kitchen corner. We hid all additional equipment in the wall – there is a fridge, dishwasher and space for small household appliances (kettles and coffee machines).
